After releasing 2 albums and a single, all long sellers, COMEBACK MY DAUGHTERS will be putting out a new full length and a single this fall. We are proud to present you with a sample of their new single “Have Lancho”. This song is full of up- beating rhythm, emotional melodies, that will definitely sound great live. Check it out!
Not only that, but this new single features their past 500 limited 12inch hit “Yellow Ball”. The song is rearranged more aggressively and gives you a hint of what the new album will sound like.
The new full length album “EXPerience” will be out on Oct 22nd. I’m sure you can tell by the quality of their single, that this album will be an album that you would want to tell your friends about!
This autumn is gonna be all about COMEBACK!

CBMD have been always looking at the next level, trying to grow as a band, which lead to a result of a high quality album. I’d have to admit, “It’s a masterpiece!!”

Do you remember last year’s YSIG × CBMD TOUR? Well, that super cool tour is gonna happen again this summer as a “Summer Extra Show”!
This event is gonna take place at “OTODAMA SEA STUDIO” which is a live spot set up on the beaches of Zushi that is only open during the summer. It only takes about 50mins from Tokyo, and is actually located on the sands of the beach. And plus, you can re-enter freely, so you can have fun at the beach, in the ocean and at the show, all together!
They might just play a special set, fit for such a cool location.So come and get drunk on the beach, go for a swim, dance to great music, whatever!! |

Right in the middle of your release rush, our new team mates the GARLICBOYS will be releasing their new mini album “GEKIJYO” on Aug 6th!!
This new album starts off with an acoustic intro, which makes you grin, wondering what’s gonna come next. Soon follows the cool metal riff of “Shituren MOSH” which totally blows your ears away! (Check sample)
The first time I heard this song, it gave me the same trills of when I heard their masterpiece “Nakimushi Death Match”. Their way with words, the story in the lyrics, the speed and metal riffs, all are elements that would make GARLIC fans go crazy.
And also there are many songs sung in Japanese which show their emotional side, such as “Gekijyo Blues”, which is a song that was also in their past release“Gunjyo”.
This mini album tastes so much like “GARLIC”!

After nine months, UPPER will be putting on their “SMASH YOUR FACE” event again!
As you can see many different musical influences in UPPER’s music, this event is made up of bands from different scenes from pop-punk to hard-core to metal.
Not only that, but the time-tabel has no meaning, so there are no opening bands or head liners in this event.
It's been a while since UPPER has played anywhere near Tokyo so be sure to check it out.

After building-up a typhoon on stage in an actual typhoon at the FX festival in Kyusyu, RAZORS EDGE is gonna make typhoons occur all over the country this summer!
After dropping their new album on June 4th, they will be starting their 42-show-tour from July 12th. So be sure to keep notice of when the typhoon will be hitting your hometown.

Using the same title for their live event series, Moga would tag-up with most un expected bands, and put on an event with a bill that no one would ever imagine. This way they’re able to not only play with bands that they really want, but also introduce different bands to each others fans and circulate the scene.
And now! This event will take place in Nagoya! People in Nagoya be sure to experience Moga's intense live show along with three other cool bands as well.

Right after finishing his "Saturday Night Hay Fever Tour", Ken is already ready to go out on the road again this June. Like he did last year, he will be playing a small club and a large venue, two nights in a row. The tour will start from Tokyo on to Sendai(newly added to last years tour) off to Nagoya and ending in Osaka.
So which do you prefer? Getting all sweaty and crushed in a small club or getting even more sweaty and crushed at a large venue?

After releasing 2 albums and an EP(which are all still constantly selling), the band has certainly expanded their limits and clearly defined their character of their songs as a band, which resulted to many fans who can’t wait to hear what’s coming next. Well now, you can!
COME BACK MY DAUGHTERS are scheduled to go into the studio soon. And by listening to what they have so far, I can tell that the new EP is gonna be worth the wait.

Now! Some exciting news for this summer!
Celebrating their 10th year, “RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 08 in EZO” has announced that Ken Yokoyama and COME BACK MY DAUGHTERS will be on this years bill. This rock festival takes place from noon to midnight till morning in the vast natural environments of Hokkaido.
What better place is there for Ken to blast his full out punk energy and for COME BACK MY DAUGHTERS to uplift the crowd with their heartfull melodies.
And not only that, but at last!! Ken Yokoyama will be playing another show in Sapporo at Penny Lane24. Being his first time to step foot in Hokkaido (as a solo artist), kids be ready for a totally exciting punk rock experience!!

It' s time for the last news.!
Ken Yokoyama’s 2nd DVD, “Dead At Budokan” out on June 18th.
Jan 13th 2008. A day we will always remember. What happened on that special day at that special place. After 4years and 3 albums, Ken Yokoyama’s desire to play at the Budokan comes true!
Something was definitely different within the air since morning. The Budokan shook from the punk rock that Ken blasted underneath the flag of the rising sun. The show was emotional and moving、 but still no different from any other show you’d see Ken play at any other venue. It was one of those nights that you’d wish would never end.
What you’ll see on this DVD is almost exactly what went on that night. No cuts or edits between songs, so you can enjoy every single word that was said on stage during his laid back conversations with the audience.
And also! It’s gonna be out on the same date of the release of our promo video compilation!

“Pizza Of Death Video Anthology/V.A.” (temporary title for now) out on June 18th!!
Rumors of this release has been coming and going around for quite a while. People were starting to question the fact of this release, and not only that, it even led to someone making and selling a bootleg version on the Internet. But now!! Finally the myth has come true. We “will” release a promo video collection.
This collection contains 47 promos, approx 2hrs, from Moga The \5’s “Mikanzenron” of 2002 to last year’s F.I.B.’s “Kizuna” (from “Fill In The Blanks”).
Get ready to watch the history of videos created by Pizza Of Death, video directors, and of course the bands since the founding of Video Of Death.

It looks like Razors Edge will be the first to put out new material this year.
Celebrating their 10th anniversary as a band, Razor Edge are playing shows proving that they’re better than ever!! Now breaking the boundaries of Thrash Hard Core, this album will positively prove to you their ascending potential as a band, with powerful, thrashing, yet high quality songs. You can also hear good melodic influences through out the whole album. You might even want to call it melodic-thrash. It is raging but absolutely fun! There is no doubt that this album will over top their past masterpiece

We are sorry to announce that the show booked on 4/2 will be only Ken playing acoustic , due to private circumstances of our band member . And because the show will be "acoustic", we are also sorry to announce that Endzweck will not be playing that night either.
We deeply apologize to everyone looking forward to see Ken Yokoyama and Endzweck that night, and promise to give our full effort to make this bill happen in the close future.
There will be a ticket refund for those who do not wish to see the acoustic show.

So, you know how we scheduled 5 shows for the going south tour ? Well unfortunately something really important came up on April 2, which is the day we play Club Asia. No, I'm not pregnant, it's something else.
So, because I won't be there, Ken decided to do an acoustic show ! Yep, just Kenny, a mic, acoustic guitar, some cigarettes and a bunch of coffee. If you have a ticket, you're in! However, if you really, really wanted to see me sweat and sing out of key, then we can give you refund and you can come see next time. Any way, sorry about that and I'll see you in the fucking pit (but not on April 2nd).

Seems the year has just begun, yet it's time to announce some exciting Festival news! COMEBACK MY DAUGHTERS is already set to play 2 exciting festivals this spring! First, the band is now officialy booked to play the spring festival "ARABAKI ROCK FEST 08"!!
"ARABAKI ROCK FEST 08" is now running in it's eighth consecutive year in the Tohoku area, and this year it's time to come out and feel the CBMD vibes in Chery Blossoms.
The band will then appear at this year's F-X Festival. Last year, F-X was a huge indoor event in Fukuoka. This year, the event has been re-vamped into a full outdoor festival! Fukuoka is looking like the place to be this coming May! |

Last year RAZORS EDGE completed their successful 10th Anniversary Tour all over Japan. More than 100 shows in total. The band notorious for their killer "Thrash 'Em All" events also clocked in another sold out show for the records at Shibuya Egg-Man last November.
Now, as the year is just begining, they are proud to announce their upcoming, and 41st installment of "Thrash 'Em All"!
