Since 1997 the band (along with BBQ CHICKEN's drummer Hatano) has been
insanely active on the scene playing an unatural amount of shows, releasing
a number of ep's, singles and being featured on numerous comps and splits.
In 2001 playing over 140 live shows earned them a loyal following and helped
push sales to over 18,000 of their first mini-album. Strong hooks, melodies
and a powerful live show has earned them every bit of respect and admiration
they deserve.
In 2002, the band released their first full length titled "SOULS", which was
met with an overwhelming response and pushed sales over 100,000 copies.
Next, the band made an appearance at the world renowned Fuji Rock Festival
as well as taking almost no time off during the following 2 years to tour
Japan top to bottom a countless number of times. Amazingly, the band manged
to release a follow up mini-album to "SOULS" in 2003 titled "ACROSS THE
ENDING".

ethic, HAWAIIN6 emits a contagious amount of passion in everything they do.
Which is no wonder why, in a sea of melodic bands, they stand above the
rest.
